Function of the Formula:
Clears the heart, nourishes yin, promotes urination (lin syndrome, small intestine and heart heat)
Symptoms that are indicated for this formula:
Irritability and sensation of heat in the chest, mouth sores, tongue sores, dark, scanty, or painful urination, hesitant urination, oliguria, fatigue, swollen gums, toothache, fever, insomnia
Tongue: red
Pulse: rapid, slippery

Formula Cost:
$40 US dollars for 200 grams of powder (A typical daily dose is between 5 and 15 grams or 1-3 teaspoons). 200 grams is the equivalent of 400 – 500mg capsules. Formula should be taken in two equally divided doses throughout the day and is mixed with water or juice and swallowed.
For chronic conditions, herbs may need to be taken for 2 weeks up to 2-3 months to see lasting progress.
