Function of the Formula:

Tonifies qi, nourishes the blood, tonifies the spleen, nourishes the heart (heart blood deficiency, spleen qi deficiency, wei syndrome)

Symptoms that are indicated for this formula:

Insomnia, fatigue, loose stools, reduced appetite, weakness, memory loss, forgetfulness, lack of concentration, palpitations, nightmares, night sweats, headache, pale menstrual blood, continuous menstrual bleeding, dizziness, pale lips and nails, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, dry hair and skin

Tongue:  pale, swollen, white

Pulse: thready, weak
