7 Best Supplements To Avoid Vaccine Reactions

Forced vaccination for Covid-19 may be a reality in the near future. I hope this will not be the case. It would be a loss of freedom and choice for so many. Whether you are a willing participant or are forced to vaccinate, this article will tell you exactly what to do to avoid reactions that are common when getting a vaccine.

The preliminary trials for the Covid-19 (corona virus) vaccine were published in the New England Journal of Medicine recently (July 14, 2020). This is not a vaccine you will just take one time. You may have to take it multiple times. The following effects were elicited in over 50% of the participants including fever, fatigue, chills, headache, body aches, and pain at the site of injection.

Certain antioxidants and supplements can help to lessen the reactions the body has to this vaccine. The information below will help to lessen or eliminate these side effects. This protocol has been successfully used clinically when people have chosen to vaccinate.

So many people are hailing this vaccine as the savior that will safely allow us to open our world back up. I certainly don’t agree with this. If you maintain the right diet, lifestyle and stress relieving habits, a vaccine is just not necessary. Since becoming a physician and transforming my own health, I have not gotten a cold or the flu for almost 9 years. This has NOT happened by chance. Many things can be done to build strong internal immunity.

Health will never be fully achieved through a pill or a shot. Health is a collection of the right habits done consistently over time. Health is taking full responsibility for every aspect of what goes into your body and how you experience the world. The food you put into your mouth is far more important for immunity than a pill or shot will ever be.

The following practices will ensure your body stays healthy, strong and supercharges your immune system.

  1. Eat tons of fresh organic vegetables and fruits every day.
  2. Eat organic food only.
  3. Avoid the following foods completely — GMO sugar, GMO wheat, GMO corn, GMO soy, GMO canola/fried food, pork, alcohol, dairy products and artificial sweeteners.
  4. Exercise regularly.
  5. Meditate or relieve stress every day.
  6. Take some quality immune boosting supplements (see below).
  7. Drink plenty of good water.
  8. Get a good night’s sleep (7–8 hours of restful sleep).

People do get harmed from vaccines due to the adjuvants (substances that “improve” immune response) vaccines contain such as mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, aborted fetal cells, etc. So far the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has awarded over 4.1 billion dollars in damages since its inception.

If you know how to take care of yourself by building strong internal immunity and have a detailed plan in place when you do get the first signs of a cold or flu, it is my opinion that a vaccine of this nature is not necessary. If we are forced to vaccinate or you decide for yourself that you want it, here are critical steps to take to protect yourself.

  1. Bring a cold compress with you and apply it immediately after receiving the shot. This will help to reduce local swelling.
  2. If you are afraid to get the shot or are afraid for any reason, use a tool such as tapping or The Sedona Method (affiliate link) to release the fear. If you are resisting it and not welcoming it, choose to let go of your resistance. You can still get a vaccine while being in a state of love or acceptance.
  3. Take the supplements below for 1 week before and 1 week after to strengthen your immune system and lessen any ill effects from the vaccine. Affiliate links are listed below, but feel free to use your own brands.
  • Vitamin E — 1 capsule 7 days before, 2 capsules on the day of, and 1 capsule for 7 days after.
  • Vitamin C — 6,000mg total 7 days before (3,000–2 times per day), 18,000mg on the day of, and 12,000mg for 7 days after. 1 teaspoon of calcium ascorbate powder equals 4,500mg. Chewable vitamin C is available for children. If you get loose stools, lower the amounts by half each day.
  • Vitamin A — 1–10,000IU capsule 7 days before, 1 capsule on the day of and 1 capsule 7 days after. If you wish to get vitamin A naturally, one cup of freshly made carrot juice contains 2,256mcg of vitamin A, which is a good daily amount. Using a juicer, make a fresh glass of 12 ounces of carrot juice 7 days before, on the day of and for 7 days after. Sweet potato, yellow/orange bell peppers, mango, pumpkin, cantaloupe, and apricots are also good sources of beta-carotene that convert to vitamin A in the body. Beef liver is the purest dietary source of vitamin A (3 ounces, 6500mcg)
  • Zinc — 40mg 7 days before, 60mg on the day of and 40mg for 7 days after.
  • Vitamin D — 10,000IU 7 days before, 20,000IUs on the day of and 10,000IU for 7 days after.
  • Omega 3s (cod liver oil) — 2 capsules 7 days before, 3 on the day of and 2 for 7 days after.
  • Calcium/Magnesium— 4 capsules 7 days before, 6 capsules on the day of, and 6 capsules 7 days after.

These amounts are for an average adult weighing 150–200 pounds. For children, reduce the amounts above in proportion to their weight as compared to an adult. For example, a 40 or 50 pound child would take ¼ of the amounts per day as recommended above.

If you choose to vaccinate your child/infant, a delayed schedule is something to look into. An infant’s immune system is fragile and developing. Waiting to administer a vaccine can make a world of difference.

If you implement these suggestions, your body will be able to handle a vaccine much better. You can lower or even eliminate the reactions you may have to a vaccine. Not only this, these supplements are great for overall immunity are are safe to take at any time. This information applies to getting any vaccine, not just one for a cold or the flu.

Be well, Dr. Scott
