Contraindications:
Caution during pregnancy, qi and blood deficiencies, liver yin deficiency, liver yang rising.
Formula Cost:
$40 US dollars for 200 grams of powder (A typical daily dose is between 5 and 15 grams or 1-3 teaspoons). 200 grams is the equivalent of 400 – 500mg capsules. Formula should be taken in two equally divided doses throughout the day and is mixed with water or juice and swallowed.
For chronic conditions, herbs may need to be taken for 2 weeks up to 2-3 months to see lasting progress.
