Function of the Formula:
Nourishes, builds, harmonizes and invigorates the blood, moistens the intestines, stop pains, regulates the menses (heart and liver blood deficiency, mild blood stagnation)
Symptoms that are indicated for this formula:
Anemia, fatigue, weakness, pale complexion, insomnia, anxiety, tremors, blurry vision, poor memory, dizziness, headache, short, scanty or delayed menses, menstrual pain, dry hair and skin, palpitations, cracked, pale, brittle, soft nails, chronic slow healing sores, wind-damp bi pain, constipation, dry stools
Tongue: Pale, purple
Pulse: thin, weak, wiry, choppy

Contraindications:
Pregnancy, acute illness such as cold or flu, caution in hemorrhagic disorders or anti-coagulent therapy, spleen deficiency patients
Formula Cost:
$60 US dollars for 200 grams of powder (A typical daily dose is between 5 and 15 grams or 1-3 teaspoons). 200 grams is the equivalent of 400 – 500mg capsules. Formula should be taken in two equally divided doses throughout the day and is mixed with water or juice and swallowed.
For chronic conditions, herbs may need to be taken for 2 weeks up to 2-3 months to see lasting progress.
